How to get getway onlline?
Good morning team, sorry for the inconvenience, I have a question about connecting the gateway to ns tektelic.
So I create a new group of Gateways called "TEST" and in that group I create the gateway "Kona Micro Gateway" and when creating it I add the name, its ID and model to the gateway.
After that, the gateway was added but it's offline and I don't know how to get it online, I watched a tutorial on YouTube from ns tektelic and they do it by clicking on the added gateway and choosing the option "Manage credentials" and there enter the username and password of the gateway where is the username "TEK00XXYY" where XXYY is the last four digits and the password is the nine digits of the gateway's serial number. Both the username and password are on the label from the gateway. On the page support.tektelic.com there is the same procedure as on YouTube.
I do it exactly as in the video and my gateway is still offline and I don't know how to get it online, so if you can help me.
