Dear Customers,

We would like to let you know that following firmware(BSP) versions for Kona Micro/Macro/Mega gateway has been discontinued following issues found. Upgrade files for these firmware version from FTP have been removed as well.

1. BSP v4.2.11 (Kona Macro Gateway and Kona Mega Gateway)

2. BSP v3.2.11 (Kona Micro Gateway)

If any of your gateway is using above mentioned firmware version, kindly avoid external power cycle.  In order to ensure gateways are not affected by this issue, we recommend our customers to upgrade their gateways to below mentioned BSP versions.
