i want to asking about this issue. my sensor have this kind of problem. its sometime appear online and after a couple of time suddenly its appear offline. then after 1 hour something its turn online back.

i really need to figure it out on how to solve this problem. please help me.

One other things, my sensor also not show any reading on tago apps. but at ns already have some data transfer.
